How Refill Ledger handles refill dates, notes, reminder settings, status history, purchases, and exports.
What Refill Ledger stores
Refill Ledger is designed to store the information you enter for personal refill organization, such as refill names, optional strength or form, refill dates, reminder lead time, pharmacy and prescriber notes, status history, and general notes.
- Refill names and optional strength or form.
- Supply quantity, supply start date, projected next refill date, and manual next refill date.
- Reminder preferences and local notification permission state when notifications are implemented.
- Pharmacy, prescriber, insurance, and personal notes that you choose to enter.
- Status history such as planned, requested, picked up, delayed, skipped, or archived.
- Export files only when you choose to create or share them.
- StoreKit purchase state for the planned Pro unlock when it is configured.
Local-first storage
The v1 plan is local-first. Refill records are intended to stay on your device by default. No account is required in the current v1 plan unless a later implementation changes the product scope.
Notifications and exports
If local notifications are implemented, Refill Ledger will use notification permission only for reminders that you configure. If export or sharing is implemented, it happens only when you choose to create or share an export.

Future changes
If analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, third-party SDKs, or new export destinations are added later, this privacy policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated before submission.
