Short answers about pricing, privacy, launch status, and everyday use.
Your subscriptions are stored locally on your device. SubVault does not require an account or cloud login. iCloud Drive snapshots are saved to your own Apple account, under your own iCloud storage — not to any third-party server.
A snapshot is a point-in-time backup of your full subscription list. SubVault creates automatic snapshots before any change you make and on a regular schedule. If something goes wrong — a mistaken edit, a data import error, or a device migration — you can restore your list to any previous snapshot with one tap.
From the Snapshot History screen, tap any snapshot to preview it. Confirm the restore and SubVault brings back your full subscription list as it was at that point in time. A safety snapshot is created before every restore so you can always undo the restore itself.
Yes. SubVault lets you export your full subscription list as a CSV file at any time through the iOS share sheet. CSV export is included with the paid unlock and gives you an external copy you control.
No. SubVault is a subscription tracker and backup tool. It does not cancel subscriptions, interact with payment processors, or send cancellation requests. All subscription management decisions remain with you.
No. SubVault does not read bank transactions, connect to financial accounts, or sync payment data. You add subscriptions manually — which means SubVault knows only what you explicitly enter.
The one-time $4.99 unlock gives you versioned snapshots, one-tap restore from any snapshot, and CSV export. Your subscription list and all snapshots are preserved. The free tier covers basic subscription tracking and renewal reminders.
