Overview

Insurance Claim Photo Packet is designed as a local-first iPhone organizer for user-provided claim photos, captions, and PDF exports. The MVP does not require an account, carrier login, backend photo upload, claim submission, OCR, automated damage assessment, legal advice, coverage advice, or payout estimates.

Information you enter

• Claim title, claim number, incident date, incident type, insurer or adjuster fields, property or vehicle context, and notes you choose to enter.
• Photos you import or capture in the app, plus captions, dates, grouping, ordering, and include/exclude export choices.
• Generated PDF export records, including file path, export mode, page count, file size, and warnings shown by the app.
• Support messages you choose to send by email, including your email address and message content.

How data is stored and used

• Claim data and photos are stored locally on your iPhone by default in the app container.
• Exports are generated only when you ask the app to create a PDF packet.
• Sharing is user-initiated. Once you send a PDF to Mail, Messages, Files, iCloud, or another app, that destination controls its copy.
• Delete Claim and Delete All Data are designed to remove local claim metadata and the app-managed photo/export folders.
• LumenHunt does not sell claim photos or use them for advertising.

Third parties

Apple handles App Store downloads, purchases, refunds, and purchase restoration. LumenHunt support email is used only if you choose to contact us. The MVP does not upload claim photos to a Lumen backend or send them to insurer, legal, analytics, or automated assessment services.
