Use of the app
Insurance Claim Photo Packet is provided as an organization and PDF export tool for your own photos, captions, and claim-related notes. You are responsible for deciding what to capture, keep, export, share, or submit to any person or organization.
No advice or claim submission
- The app does not provide legal, insurance, coverage, repair, safety, fraud, or payout advice.
- The app does not evaluate damage, determine claim value, promise claim success, or guarantee insurer approval.
- The app does not submit claims or communicate with insurers, adjusters, carriers, courts, contractors, or lawyers for you.
- You should contact qualified professionals, your insurer, or relevant authorities for advice specific to your situation.
Your content and exports
You keep responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the photos, captions, notes, and PDFs you create or share. Review every export before sending it anywhere.
Purchases and availability
The planned launch model is a free install with a one-time Full Export Unlock managed by Apple. Final price, availability, refunds, and purchase restoration are governed by the App Store terms shown at the time of purchase.
