Prep Sheet Daily is planned as a hosted web app for daily kitchen prep sheets. The service may use your account email, workspace settings, station names, prep items, par targets, checklist runs, carry-forward notes, and support messages to operate the product.

Because Prep Sheet Daily is still coming soon, this policy describes planned data handling and should be updated before launch.

Data not planned for v1

The planned v1 does not collect POS data, supplier purchasing data, payroll data, food-safety audit records, HACCP logs, inspection records, temperature logs, or payment card numbers.
