No. Credential Roster is a small recordkeeping app for staff credentials and renewal dates. It is not payroll, LMS, onboarding, performance management, employee self-service, or employee surveillance software.
Does Credential Roster provide legal or compliance advice?
No. Credential Roster helps organize records, proof files, reminders, and exports. It does not interpret legal requirements, certify compliance, guarantee audit outcomes, or replace professional advice.
Where is my data stored?
The planned v1 app is local-first. Staff records, credential details, renewal notes, and proof attachments are stored on the device unless a later release explicitly adds cloud sync. Final privacy wording must match the shipped app.
What are proof files?
Proof files are optional documents or photos connected to a credential record, such as a license card, training certificate, permit, renewal receipt, or similar file.
Can I export records?
Yes. The planned v1 includes CSV/PDF export so a small-business admin can keep a copy, share records internally, or prepare a handoff packet. Exports are records, not proof of compliance.
