Credential Roster is designed as a local-first staff credential recordkeeping app. This page describes the intended v1 privacy posture and must be checked against the shipped build before publication.
Data you enter
You may enter staff names, roles, teams, credential names, issuers, reference numbers, expiry dates, warning windows, renewal notes, and optional proof files or photos.
Credential Roster is designed for staff credential records. It is not intended for unrelated HR, payroll, LMS, employee surveillance, legal, safety, licensing, or compliance advisory workflows.
Local storage
The planned v1 stores roster data and proof attachments on your device. Lumen does not need an account for the first release. Cloud-storage or analytics claims should not be published unless they match the shipped app.
Exports and sharing
When you export or share CSV/PDF records, the exported file contains the roster information you chose to include. You control where that file goes after export.
Exports are user-generated records. They are not official compliance certificates.
Purchases and support
The app may use Apple in-app purchase to unlock Roster Pro. Apple processes the purchase, and the app uses purchase status to unlock paid features.
