Classroom organization tool
Classroom Checkout Log helps a teacher keep a practical checkout and return record for shared school gear.
Teacher and school responsibility
Teachers and schools are responsible for deciding what information to enter, what to export, and how exported files are stored or shared.
Not a school approval system
Classroom Checkout Log does not verify identity, create legal liability, replace school policy, provide district approval, or guarantee compliance with school, privacy, audit, or records-retention requirements.
Optional workflow records
Photos, signatures, notes, and exported logs are optional workflow records for classroom use. They should not be presented as legal proof or district-approved custody documentation.
