PT Home Exercise Tracker is planned as a local-first exercise logging companion with no account requirement for v1.
Data you enter
You may enter exercise names, sets, reps, notes, completion history, reminders, and related progress notes based on instructions you received from your healthcare provider.
The app is designed for patient-owned tracking. It is not a provider portal and does not require a clinic account for the planned v1 release.
Local storage
The planned v1 stores exercise records locally on your device. Lumen should not publish stronger privacy claims unless the submitted build has no analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, HealthKit export, AI/network calls, or support form transmission.
Purchases and support
If Pro ships, Apple handles the in-app purchase and restore flow. The app uses purchase status to unlock paid features.
