PT Home Exercise Tracker is a logging companion for exercises and instructions you already received from a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
The app does not replace your physical therapist or other healthcare provider. Follow your provider instructions and seek professional care for medical questions.
Emergency and exercise responsibility
PT Home Exercise Tracker is not for emergencies. Stop exercising and contact a qualified professional or emergency services if you need urgent help.
You are responsible for the exercise names, notes, logs, and reminders you enter.
Purchases and support
The planned Pro unlock is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase unless pricing changes before release. Purchases and restores are handled through Apple in-app purchase.
