Move-In Condition Report is planned as a local-first tenant documentation app. Reports, notes, and photos are stored on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Information You Add
- Property address and optional landlord or manager contact details you enter.
- Room names, condition notes, severity labels, timestamps, and report metadata.
- Photos you capture or import for your own rental condition record.
Local Storage And Export
The v1 app is designed with no account, no backend, and no cloud sync. Generated PDFs are shared only when you use the app export or iOS share sheet flow.
Sharing a PDF sends the file to the destination you choose in iOS. That destination may have its own privacy practices.
