What it does

Parent Baby Tracker overview

The hardest part of shared parenting isn't doing the tasks — it's remembering who did them. Every parent has asked "did you change him?" or "when did she last sleep?" Parent Baby Tracker ends that cycle.

  • Messaging each other constantly to ask who did what
  • Whiteboard or paper logs that only one parent can see
  • Apps that track the baby but don't share across two phones

Key details

Why it is useful.

The practical reasons this app earns a place on someone's phone.

01

Shared log, no account

One parent creates a share, the other joins via iCloud. Both phones see the same data. No email, no password, no separate app for each parent.

02

One glance at the dashboard

See the last feed, sleep, and diaper entry at a glance. Quick-add buttons for each type mean logging takes seconds.

03

Works offline, syncs via iCloud

Data stays on your device and updates when both phones are connected to the internet. No subscription, no cloud backend.

Use cases

Where it fits.

Real situations where the app removes friction from a familiar job.

Track a shared baby together

Both parents log events from their own iPhone. The dashboard always shows the same state.

"I just fed her — you can see it now." No text required.

Know the last sleep or feed without asking

Every entry is timestamped and visible to both parents immediately.

"She's been asleep for two hours — you can tell from the dashboard."

FAQ

The practical questions.

Short answers about pricing, privacy, launch status, and everyday use.

Does it really work for two parents on different phones?

Yes. One parent creates a Family Sync share through iCloud and sends the invite link to the other parent. After the invite is accepted, both parents can see and add entries from their own iPhone.

Do both parents need an iPhone?

Yes — the app is built for two iPhones sharing the same iCloud zone. Both parents need to be signed into iCloud on their devices.

Is there a subscription?

No. Family Sync is a one-time $22.99 App Store unlock. There is no subscription.

How does the data sync work?

Free mode stores data locally on the iPhone. Family Sync uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit so baby profiles, care logs, custom trackers, and shared reminder settings can sync between the owner and invited parent.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

The app works fully offline. Entries are saved locally and synced to the shared iCloud zone the next time the phone is connected.

Is my baby data private?

Yes. Baby data is stored locally on your iPhone and, when Family Sync is enabled, in Apple iCloud using a private or shared CloudKit zone. LumenHunt does not run a separate baby-data server and does not sell or use baby data for advertising.
