Capture what is actually there
Photograph a business card or visible badge text, scan a standard QR/vCard, or enter the contact manually. Lead Locker never guesses missing details.
Scan what you can see, verify every field, add the conversation and next step, then export a complete lead file you control.
Coming soon for iPhone on iOS 17 or later. The first 10 leads are free; unlimited lead creation is a US$29.99 lifetime unlock.
Capture business cards, visible badge text, and standard QR/vCards, keep the conversation context, and export every lead without an account or backend.
Lead Locker is a private event lead notebook for founders, exhibitors, consultants, recruiters, and independent salespeople. It keeps source evidence beside editable contact details, adds the context a scanner misses, and gives you a full export at the end of the event.
The practical reasons this app earns a place on someone's phone.
Photograph a business card or visible badge text, scan a standard QR/vCard, or enter the contact manually. Lead Locker never guesses missing details.
Keep the source image beside the extracted fields so uncertain names, companies, emails, and phone numbers are easy to correct before saving.
Add notes, interest, tags, a Starred shortlist, and a clear email, call, meeting, or custom follow-up while the conversation is fresh.
Export selected leads or the whole event as CSV or vCards, including notes, tags, priority, and follow-up history, whenever you choose.
Real situations where the app removes friction from a familiar job.
Save a booth visitor before the next conversation begins, even when the venue connection is unusable.
Turn a useful introduction into a specific next action instead of an anonymous contact in your address book.
Leave the event with a clean file that is ready for a spreadsheet, CRM import, or direct follow-up.
The free tier, paid unlock, and limits are shown before you install.

Yes. Lead Locker can export complete CSV files and vCards through the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination and keep control of the exported copies.
Follow-ups stay visible in the app whether or not notifications are enabled. If you allow notifications for a dated follow-up, Lead Locker schedules a local reminder on the iPhone.
The iPhone app is free to download and includes the first 10 successfully created leads. A US$29.99 one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited lead creation. There is no subscription. The App Store shows the final localized price before purchase.
