Data
On your devices

Baseline helps you keep a record on difficult days and bring it into a conversation with your clinician.

Before

Try to recall pain, activities and medication from memory.

At an appointment

Share a one-page report of what you recorded.

What it fixes

The problem today

A long form can be too much when you are in pain.

It can be hard to remember changes between appointments.

A chart without its sample size can sound more certain than the data allows.

What it does

5 core features
01

Log quickly

Save a pain score in the app, from Apple Watch, with Siri or through the widget. Add body areas, activities and notes when useful.

02

Prepare a report

Make a one-page PDF with your entries, reported activities, medication records and up to three questions for a clinician.

03

Review your record

See insights with sample sizes and gaps shown. They describe your entries and do not explain their causes.

04

Choose reminders

Set daily and medication reminders if you want them. They are local notifications and start only when you switch them on.

05

Keep it yours

Use an optional device lock and share a readable PDF. Watch scores transfer to the paired iPhone; records stay off iCloud.

Built for

Baseline records what you report. It does not diagnose, interpret a pattern, or recommend treatment.

Questions

Is Baseline a medical device?

Baseline records what you tell it and describes what you logged. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you to change a medicine. Discuss health questions with a qualified clinician.

Does it send my pain record to LumenHunt?

No. Watch scores transfer to the paired iPhone through Watch Connectivity. iPhone and iPad records do not sync. Baseline has no account or server for your health entries.

What stays free?

Logging, reminders, Apple Watch, the optional lock, 30-day insights and one-month PDF reports.

What happens if Plus ends?

Nothing you logged is lost or hidden. The longer insight and report periods stop opening until you renew.

Baseline: Chronic Pain Tracker support

For help with local records, reminders, the lock, exports, purchases or deleting your record, read Baseline support or email [email protected]. Please do not send health entries unless you choose to share them.
