Overview
Parent Baby Tracker is a local-first baby care log published by LumenHunt. In free mode, the app stores baby tracking data on your iPhone. If you enable Family Sync, the app uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit so the same log can sync across your own devices and with an invited parent.
LumenHunt does not operate a separate server for your baby log, does not sell baby data, and does not use baby data for advertising. Information may leave your device when you enable iCloud sync or sharing, use Apple App Store purchase and restore flows, send a share link, or contact support.
Information the App Stores
The app may store your parent display name, baby profiles and baby names, feed logs, sleep logs, diaper logs, custom trackers, custom tracker entries, timestamps, quantities or categories you choose, optional notes, reminder settings, and local Family Sync state.
This information is used to show the baby dashboard, history, reminders, and sync state inside the app.
iCloud and Family Sharing
Family Sync uses the iCloud container for Parent Baby Tracker and Apple CloudKit. The primary parent can create an iCloud share link. A parent who accepts that link can read and write the shared baby log from their own iPhone. Share links should only be sent to people you trust.
The primary parent manages shared baby profiles. An invited parent can add log entries and use shared settings, but the app is designed so the invited parent does not create separate shared baby profiles.
iCloud and CloudKit are Apple services. Data stored in iCloud is governed by Apple's iCloud terms, your Apple ID settings, and the sharing permissions you choose.
Notifications and Reminders
If you turn on reminders, the app may ask iOS for notification permission. Reminder settings can sync through iCloud when Family Sync is enabled, but each parent's iPhone schedules its own local notifications. LumenHunt does not send reminder push notifications from a server.
Purchases
Family Sync is purchased and restored through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Apple processes payment information and provides purchase entitlement status to the app. LumenHunt does not receive your full payment card details.
Analytics, Ads, and Third-Party SDKs
The iOS app does not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs to track baby care activity.
Deleting Data
The app includes a Delete My Data option. Deleting data removes baby and parent data for this app from that device, including baby profiles, logs, custom trackers, reminder settings, and local Family Sync state.
If the device owns the Family Sync data, deletion can also remove app-owned iCloud data for this app. If the device is an invited participant, deleting local data does not delete the owner's shared iCloud data. You can also manage iCloud data and app access through Apple's iCloud settings.
Support
If you email support, LumenHunt receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, screenshots, device details, and the description of the issue. We use support messages to troubleshoot and respond to your request.
