Apple's standard agreement
Baseline uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for the app and its purchases: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Monthly and yearly Baseline Plus subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. The current price is shown by the App Store before you confirm. The yearly plan has no free trial.
Medical boundary
Baseline is a personal record-keeping tool. It describes what you recorded. It does not diagnose a condition, assess your health, recommend a treatment, or tell you to change a medicine or dose. A report from Baseline is not a clinical assessment. Discuss health questions with a qualified clinician.
