Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using Lead Locker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you obtain the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply where relevant.

What the app does

Lead Locker is a local-first event lead notebook. It can capture contact details from business cards, visible badge text, standard QR/vCard payloads, and manual entry; keep source evidence; record conversation context and follow-ups; schedule local reminders; and export CSV or vCard files.

Lead Locker is independent of event organizers. It does not promise access to proprietary badge databases, contact enrichment, CRM synchronization, automated outreach, or guaranteed identification of every captured person.

Free allowance and lifetime unlock

The free app permits the first 10 successfully created leads across any number of events. Drafts, edits, restores, and exports do not consume the allowance. Deleting a lead or deleting app records does not replenish an allowance already used.

A non-consumable US$29.99 in-app purchase unlocks unlimited lead creation. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The App Store presents the final localized price and handles payment, refunds, family or device availability, purchase restoration, and any entitlement revocation under Apple's rules.

License and acceptable use

LumenHunt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's platform rules.

• Use the app only where your capture, storage, and use of contact information is lawful
• Respect privacy, consent, marketing, employment, and data-protection obligations that apply to you
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or misuse the app except where the law expressly allows it
• Do not use the app to harass, impersonate, deceive, or violate another person's rights

Your lead data and responsibilities

You control the lead data and source material you capture. You are responsible for checking extracted fields, deciding what to retain, obtaining any required consent, securing your device, and using or sharing contact information lawfully.

Text recognition and contact parsing are assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important details against the source before relying on them or contacting someone.

Exports, backups, and data loss

You are responsible for maintaining any exports or backups you need. LumenHunt is not responsible for loss caused by device damage, app deletion, operating-system issues, failed shares, unavailable backup copies, or files that were never exported from the device.

Once you export or share data, the receiving app, service, person, cloud provider, CRM, or storage destination is outside Lead Locker's control.

Notifications and follow-ups

Local notifications are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time. Device settings, permission choices, Focus modes, software behavior, or other conditions can affect delivery. You remain responsible for reviewing and completing your follow-ups.

Availability and coming-soon status

Lead Locker is currently coming soon. Compatibility, availability, and release timing may change before launch. The App Store will show the final localized purchase price and any applicable tax before confirmation.

After release, LumenHunt may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, defect-free performance, or perfect recognition results in every environment.

Privacy

Your use of Lead Locker is also governed by the Privacy Policy published at /apps/lead-locker/privacy.

Intellectual property

The app software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by LumenHunt or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you. You retain your rights in the information and source material you enter or capture.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. LumenHunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app, missed follow-ups, inaccurate extraction, or loss or misuse of lead data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and contact

LumenHunt may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
