Privacy Policy
Effective 19 July 2026. This policy describes the current offline-only Lead Locker app and its public support flow.
Overview
Lead Locker is a private, offline-first iPhone app published by LumenHunt. It stores event leads, contact details, notes, follow-up tasks, capture drafts, and optional source images on your iPhone.
Information handled by the app
You may enter or capture names, companies, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, addresses, photos of cards or badges, QR/vCard contents, event details, tags, notes, and follow-up information. This information is processed and stored on your device to provide the app's features.
Business-card and visible-badge text recognition runs on the device. Lead Locker does not use contact enrichment and does not invent missing contact details.
Camera and notifications
Camera access is requested only when you choose a camera-based capture option. Notification permission is requested only when you enable a dated follow-up alert. You can change either permission in iOS Settings, and follow-ups remain available inside the app when notifications are disabled.
Collection, sharing, advertising, and tracking
The current app does not transmit personal data to LumenHunt or a third-party service. It contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking technology, or third-party analytics SDK. LumenHunt does not sell or share lead data.
When you choose Export or Share, iOS presents destinations you control. Data you send to another app, person, cloud provider, CRM, or storage service is then governed by that destination's terms and privacy practices.
Free allowance and App Store purchase
The app stores the number of successfully created free leads in the iPhone Keychain and checks Apple StoreKit for a valid lifetime-unlock entitlement. This is used only to apply the 10-lead free allowance and restore purchased access. Lead Locker does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Apple processes the in-app purchase under Apple's terms and privacy policy. The free-allowance counter is separate from lead content and is not reset when you delete leads or use Delete All Lead Locker Data. A lifetime purchase remains associated with the Apple ID used to buy it, subject to Apple's rules.
Storage, backups, and security
App records and retained source images are stored in the app's private container on your iPhone. The app requests iOS Complete file protection. Data may be included in an encrypted Apple device backup according to the backup and iCloud settings you control; Apple's handling is governed by Apple's policies.
Retention and deletion
Active records remain until you delete them or remove the app. Events and leads moved to Recently Deleted can be restored for up to 30 days, after which the app may permanently remove them.
- Permanently delete individual records from Recently Deleted
- Remove an individual retained source image while keeping the contact record
- Disable source-image retention for future saves
- Use Settings → Delete All Lead Locker Data to remove app records, drafts, reminders, and source images from the app container
Deleting the app removes its local container from the iPhone, subject to copies that may remain in backups or exports you created. Lead Locker cannot delete copies you previously shared to other destinations.
Support messages
If you email support, LumenHunt receives the email address, message, device details, screenshots, or other information you choose to include. This information is used to respond to your request. Do not email real lead data, card photos, or confidential notes.
Children
Lead Locker is a general business productivity tool and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone because it does not transmit app content to the developer.
Changes and contact
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
