By using the AI Meeting Recorder website, product page, or app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

  • The app records audio on your device.
  • The app sends audio to OpenAI services to generate transcript output.
  • The service stores only device ID and subscription metadata in Supabase.
  • The app is designed to provide transcripts, summaries, and action items after a recording.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid access is managed through Apple in the current app design.
  • Apple handles billing, subscriptions, and restore purchases under its own rules.
  • Subscription availability, pricing, and trial terms may change before launch or release.

Data and Availability

Recordings are intended to remain on your phone and are not stored on our servers. Transcript generation depends on third-party services, including OpenAI and Supabase, and the service may be unavailable if those dependencies are unavailable.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the app and website lawfully.
  • Do not upload or process content you are not allowed to record or share.
  • Do not interfere with the app, website, subscription flow, or APIs.
