Agreement to Terms

By using the Until Payday: Budget Calendar website, product page, or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you obtain the iOS app through the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard licensed application terms also apply where relevant.

Description of Service

  • Until Payday: Budget Calendar is a budget calendar tool — it tracks paydays, bills, and transactions and shows a running balance.
  • Data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
  • Pro is a one-time purchase that removes free-tier limits. It does not expire and does not require a subscription.
  • The app is a planning and tracking utility. It does not connect to bank accounts or act as a financial institution.

Purchases and Restores

  • Pro is a one-time $4.99 purchase. Payment is handled by Apple through the App Store.
  • Restore purchases is available in Settings using your Apple Account.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

Notifications, exports, and data availability

All budgeting data is stored locally on your device. We do not provide server-side backup or sync. If you delete the app or lose access to the device without exporting your data, we may not be able to recover it for you.

CSV export and local bill reminders are convenience features. You remain responsible for checking your actual balances, due dates, and exported records.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the app and website lawfully.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the app, website, or purchase flow.
  • Do not misrepresent the product or copy its content as your own.

Disclaimer

Until Payday: Budget Calendar is a personal budgeting tool, not financial, legal, tax, credit, or debt advice. The running balance and bill projections are informational estimates based on the data you enter. Always verify against your actual accounts and obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumenHunt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a material update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

For questions about these terms, contact [email protected].

Plain-language summary

Until Payday: Budget Calendar is a local-first budget planner, not a bank-connected finance service. You control the data you enter, Apple handles the one-time Pro purchase, and you are responsible for verifying balances and keeping backups or exports you need.
