About this policy

Chopper Conga is an arcade game for iPhone and iPad. This policy says what the game stores, where it is kept, and what reaches us.

The short version

Chopper Conga has no account and no server of ours. Your saved game is kept on your device and in your own iCloud account. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking in the app, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.

What the game stores, and where

Your saved game is kept on your device. It holds the levels you have unlocked and the stars you earned, your High Five balance, the vehicles, weapons and upgrades you own, your sound and music settings, and a record of which App Store purchases have already been added to your balance.

The same saved game is copied to your iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so it can return if you reinstall and so your iPhone and iPad stay in step. That copy belongs to your Apple Account. Apple holds it under Apple's terms, and we cannot see it. If you are not signed in to iCloud, the saved game stays on the device.

To combine progress from more than one device, the game creates a random identifier for each installation. It is stored only inside your saved game, is not linked to your name, Apple Account or device hardware, and is never sent to us.

Purchases

High Five packs are bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and your payment details; we do not receive them. The App Store tells the game a purchase has completed and gives it a transaction number. The game keeps that number in your saved game so the same purchase is never added twice.

What the game does not do

• No sign-in or account.
• No advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software.
• No location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or notification permissions.
• No chat or content from other players.
• Nothing is sent to a LumenHunt server; the game has none.

Children

Chopper Conga does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Purchases go through Apple, where family settings such as Ask to Buy apply.

Links that leave the app

Settings and the High Five shop link to this policy, the support page and Apple’s standard license agreement. Nothing happens unless you tap one. A link opens in Safari, and the game sends nothing along with it. A website you open has its own privacy policy.

Your control

Your saved game is stored on your device and can sync through your iCloud account. Deleting the app removes its local copy, but a copy in iCloud may restore your progress when you reinstall or use another device. The game does not include an erase control because that could remove High Fives you purchased. We cannot see or delete your saved game for you.

If you have a question about your saved game or privacy, write to us at the address below. We hold no player account and no copy of your saved game to inspect or change.

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include, and we use it only to reply. We keep the conversation while it is useful for answering you and then delete it.

Changes

If the game starts storing or sharing anything new, we will update this policy and its date before that version is released.

This website

The Chopper Conga pages use no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party scripts. They do not ask for or receive your saved game. The web host may keep ordinary access and security logs, including a network address and the page requested, for operations and abuse prevention. Those logs are separate from the game and are not used to profile you.
