Chopper Conga uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for the app and its purchases: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
High Fives and purchases
High Fives are the in-game currency. You earn them by playing, and you can also buy optional packs of a fixed size through the App Store. Packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and nothing sold is random. The App Store shows the price before you confirm.
High Fives have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another player, and do not expire. They are kept in your saved game, so erasing your saved game removes them. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
The game
Chopper Conga is a work of fiction. Its monsters, vehicles and places are invented for the game and are not affiliated with any film, studio or brand.
