Getting started
Capture into Inbox, choose Today for what you want to do now, and use projects for bigger goals. Existing task details save as you edit. Tick a checklist item once to update it. Swipe a checklist row to delete it. Done closes an existing editor; Add creates a new item.
iCloud sync
Use the same Apple Account on your iPhone and iPad and allow Daymark to use iCloud. Open Settings in Daymark to check iCloud status. Sync depends on Apple’s service and may take a moment. Tasks remain available locally while offline.
Apple Watch
Install Daymark on the paired iPhone and Watch, then open both apps. The Watch shows Today and Inbox and supports capture, completion and checklist ticks. Pending changes wait on the Watch until the iPhone confirms them. Keep both apps installed and reopen them to reconnect.
Backups and reminders
Export a JSON backup from Settings before replacing your device. Import keeps existing items and adds missing records. For alerts, enable Daymark notifications in device Settings and check Focus and notification preview settings.
