Current pricing and future changes
Daymark is currently free to download and use, with no in-app purchases or subscription. This is not a promise that all future versions, features or services will remain free. We may introduce a paid download, optional paid features or a subscription in the future. Any applicable price, included features and payment terms will be disclosed before you choose to purchase. Installing or using the free app does not authorise a future charge. Apple handles App Store purchases and any subscription management or refund requests.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
App license
Daymark uses Apple’s standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These notes describe the app’s operation and do not replace that agreement.
Your plans and reminders
You control what you record and export. Keep a backup of information you need. Notifications and iCloud sync depend on device settings, connectivity and Apple’s services. Check time-sensitive commitments independently.
